Larry Herring

Larry hails from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Concordia University with a BS in nursing and a minor in theater. A US Army veteran, he spent eight years on active duty. After leaving the service and moving to Atlanta, he began his professional acting career in 2008. Larry has since been cast in over 70 commercials, industrials and VO spots. He has also been cast in multiple TV shows and films including HBO’s The Watchmen, Showtime’s Homeland, OWN’s Tyler Perry’s If Loving You Is Wrong, Lifetime’s Devious Maids, and Fox’s Outcast. He has studied at AMAW since 2016 and has taught with AMAW since 2018.
